Clemente Bar was born from an unlikely starting point: a joke between friends. When Francesco Clemente told Daniel Humm he had always wanted a cocktail named after him, what followed was a full partnership and an entirely new bar, perched one floor above Eleven Madison Park. A true collaboration between chef and artist, the concept grew through months of conversations, drawing on their shared love of New York and their appreciation for art-filled salons and bars. Saint-Lazare worked directly with Clemente to create an identity that lives in the same space as his work: rooted in the elegance of fine dining, alive with the wit and dreamlike energy that defines his art.
